Salad Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped Recommended using rotisserie chicken for flavor.

  • 3/4 cup red grapes, halved Sweet and juicy.
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped Adds satisfying crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion powder, pepper, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chicken, apple, grapes, celery, green onions, and walnuts to the dressing, and gently fold everything in until well-coated.
  3. Taste your Waldorf Chicken Salad and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. For the best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve on a bed of fresh greens or with whole-grain bread.
