- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions (3-5 minutes for fresh or 5-7 for dried). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until bubbly and slightly foamy (about 1-2 minutes).
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and gently toss to combine, ensuring the noodles are coated evenly.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the noodles and toss to combine until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be reheated in the microwave or on the stove.
