  3. Place the wrapped mozzarella on a baking sheet, seam-side down.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until prosciutto is bubbly and starting to crisp.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Let mozzarella stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before wrapping. Store leftovers in an airtight container; best reheated in an oven or air fryer.
