  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh adds so much flavor!
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced You could also use grated
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter Go for smooth for that creamy texture
  • 2 tbsp chili oil Homemade is preferred for added flavor
  • 1 tsp sesame oil To deepen the nutty taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce Use low-sodium if desired
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar To brighten everything up
  • 1 tsp sugar Balances the heat
  • 1/4 tsp salt Adjust to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp hot water For mixing; use more if you prefer a saucier dish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook Your Noodles: Begin by cooking your chosen noodles according to the package instructions. Salt the water well.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, ginger, peanut butter, chili oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Combination and Serving
  1. Combine with Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the sauce and toss well to coat.
  2. Garnish: Garnish with fried onions, spring onions, crushed peanuts, additional chili oil, and sesame seeds.
