Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cauliflower rice, broccoli, half of the cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes to meld flavors.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can also be assembled a day in advance.
