Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pan; cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the ground turkey, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for 6 to 7 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour in the salsa verde, mixing well; let simmer on low for at least 5 minutes.
  5. In another pan, warm the corn tortillas on medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by spooning the turkey mixture onto the warm tortillas and top with garnishes.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare turkey filling in advance for better flavors. Customize spice level with jalapeƱos or chili powder. Store leftovers separately from tortillas to avoid sogginess.
