Preparation
- In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of green apple juice and 1 cup of lime juice. Stir well.
- Add 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them to release their flavor.
- Fill glasses halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour the juice mixture over the ice-filled glasses, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Top each drink with 1 cup of sparkling water.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves or a slice of lime if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For optimal mixing, let all liquid ingredients reach room temperature. Make the juice mixture ahead of time without sparkling water for up to 2 days. Keep in an airtight container.
