Cooking Noodles
- Boil a pot of water and cook the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions, around 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Stir-Frying
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil on medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Incorporate the cooked noodles into the skillet along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil, tossing together for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnishing
- Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Keep ingredients moving while cooking to prevent sticking. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure frying instead of steaming.
