Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the graham crackers in a single layer.
- In a medium saucepan, cut the butter into pieces and add it to the pan along with brown sugar and salt. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in Fireball Whiskey.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the graham crackers, then pour the buttery mixture over them, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
- Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. You can add cayenne pepper for extra heat or vary the nuts used.
