  • 1 cup whipped cream Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Substitute with gluten-free graham crackers if needed.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Use fresh, high-quality ground cinnamon.

Preparation
  1. Dice the apples into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the diced apples with cinnamon and let them soak for a few minutes.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of serving cups.
  4. Add a layer of caramel sauce over the graham crackers.
  5. Layer the cinnamon apples evenly over the caramel.
  6. Top generously with whipped cream.
  7. Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a boozy twist, add a splash of bourbon or rum into the caramel. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
