Preparation
- Dice the apples into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the diced apples with cinnamon and let them soak for a few minutes.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of serving cups.
- Add a layer of caramel sauce over the graham crackers.
- Layer the cinnamon apples evenly over the caramel.
- Top generously with whipped cream.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a boozy twist, add a splash of bourbon or rum into the caramel. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
