Preparation
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and sriracha sauce until smooth.
- In a medium-sized bowl, toss together the shrimp, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Cooking
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook gently for about 8-10 minutes until pink and opaque.
- With the skillet still on medium heat, add the hot spaghetti noodles and the sauce to the cooked shrimp. Toss everything together until coated.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve immediately to enjoy the flavors.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days but do not freeze. You can also prep the shrimp and sauce ahead of time.
