- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your noodles according to package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes for spaghetti), then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until bubbling but not browned.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, ensuring it does not burn.
- Stir in ¼ cup soy sauce and the drained noodles. Toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated, which should take about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until creamy.
- Plate the Asian Garlic Noodles hot, and garnish with some extra cheese if desired.
Notes
Toss in a splash of sesame oil for an even deeper flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, reheating on low with a bit of extra butter.
